Ever have one of these jump out at you?

So the other day I'm driving home, pull into the driveway, turn off the car, open the door...and this is what I saw:



I'm not quite sure what it was, but I know it was fast and loud, and I could have sworn it giggled at one point. If anyone sees this possibly dangerous animal please contact the appropriate government agency.
