Becky and Joel decided to have their Engagement Photos done at a park they knew about, but I had never been to. It is called Battlefield Park and it is located in Stoney Creek. It is now a historic site with some great buildings (even a watch tower that was used in the battle of Stoney Creek) - which make for awesome photo locations!
These two came full of energy, ready to have fun, and even brought their little dog for some pictures. Let's have a look at the photos!
Are you kidding me?!?! Look at that cute little face! Adorable!
There is the tower. Even though it is very tall, the surrounding trees hide it well. I've driven by the area before and never noticed it. When I was leaving I took another look from the road. You can just see the top level of the tower from the road. A true hidden gem!
This tree lined area was a great spot. Look at the colours in the leaves!
Beautiful light, great people, enjoying being together. I love it!
We found this cool historic house. I love the columns and doorway. Of course, Becky and Joel complete the image perfectly.
Ahhhh! They jumped!
This picture makes me smile.
"Catch me Becky!"
This is probably my favourite picture of the day. It reminds me of days gone by, romantic walks, the scent of leaves in the air, a slight warm breeze...it's a happy moment, preserved forever in the image.
Thanks for the great session guys! The wedding is going to be amazing! I can't wait!

What a great photosession we had! Lots of fun, some silly behavior, some climbing, and of course, amazing family photos. Enjoy!
This is our first photo. We were all still getting the hang of things. Still having fun though!
Ahh! That's better! Wow. They look great!
Of course, some rivalries do occur. (look to the right)
And some fun balancing acts!
I love this one!
Ah, the climbing! It's almost as if that tree was meant for these three.
And a lovely portrait.
Thanks for hanging out with me on your photosession! It was great fun, and the images look wonderful.
Oh, and of course, we have a slideshow too! Enjoy!

We are so blessed to be able to work with the amazing people at Niagara Weddings Magazine. They have put together an amazing issue! There are stunning flower girl dresses, gorgeous bouquets, rings rings and more rings, and wedding gowns that sparkle and shine!
For this issue we photographed the cover image and rings using various background textures which look really cool in the magazine layout. We also shot the delightfully energetic and playful flower girls. They kept us on our toes! Wedding gowns and our fantastic model Hannah were next, which are breathtaking to see in print. Finally, one of our weddings from the summer is featured in the "Love in full Bloom" section of the magazine. Thank you to Amanda and Kevin, who are the featured couple.
We also would like to thank everyone involved in the various shoots. Thank you to the ring vendors, our makeup artist Lisa Marie from Mobile Bridal Beauty who did all of Hannah's bridal hair and makeup, all of the kids and their parents for being so patient and so much fun, and of course to everyone at Niagara Weddings Magazine. You create beautiful work, which is so valuable to couples planning their weddings. Keep up the good work!
Niagara Weddings Magazine can also be seen online! Click here to view the complete issue. Enjoy!
And now some images from our photo sessions!
The beautiful Hannah.
I love this image. In the magazine it is cropped in close and looks amazing.
Sassy! Love it!
A little behind the scenes of everyone getting ready.
Lisa working her magic!
So many little shoes!
They are peeking in at the wedding! I wonder what they see?
Shhhhh..... it's a secret!
This is how you get everyone together for a picture.
But it only lasts for a second! Ahhhh!
Thanks again everyone! Can't wait for the next issue!
